What We Collect

We collect information you send to us, such as your name, company, location, phone number, plan interest, and messages. We also collect basic technical information from site visits, including a shortened hash derived from the visitor IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, improve our website, operate email and form systems, prevent abuse, measure campaign performance, and maintain business records.

Analytics And Attribution

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish visits and estimate new and returning users. We may also store campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier, with a lead request so we can understand which marketing produced it. Airtime does not send lead-form fields such as your name, phone number, or message to Google Analytics. User-level and event-level Analytics data may be retained for up to 14 months.

Email Outreach

If we contact a business, we aim to use business-purpose contact routes and include a simple way to opt out. We honor unsubscribe, no-contact, bounce, and complaint signals before any future outreach.

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, and business operations. Lead requests are stored on Airtime’s managed website server, and internal lead alerts are delivered through Mailgun. We do not sell personal information.
